I have a few favourite sellers i trust and return to time after time, Wonderland Contraband being the main one but i have never ever had a bad experience (and currently after 2 years ish using etsy i have made 124 purchases) with any sellers and the site is my first stop when i want anything.
I have shared my Etsy.com love before but i thought i would make it a monthly thing to share my current favourites – IE what i would purchase/use/wear if i could.
1. I am currently obsessed with Ghost World – Enid is kind of a mix of who i was/wanted to be as a teenager and her fashion sense is AMAZING !!! I would live in this tee if it were mine.
2. I love anything Egyptian – I think Cleopatra is an amazing role model and i think that’s enough said.
3. One of my new years resolutions was to look after my nails and as i intend to use them as my outlet this year what better way to show my nerdy side than these decals.
4. I wish i was this girl more than anything – my hubby brought me a different brooch from Hungry Designs for Christmas and i LOVE it. I highly recommend and i will definitely be going back for more pieces.
5.Having seen the new Miu Miu adverts i am desperate for a tie wardrobe to wear to work – i MAY already have a Harry Potter one, but this would be a welcome addition.
6. We are a bit dinosaur obsessed in my house so i fell in love with this as sooooon as i saw it – it might not be normal office attire but i would rock this with one of my white work shirts.
7.Its Egyptian – enough said
8. Its an AMOEBA bracelet – the first movie quote i memorised was this one and whilst i still depend on my Daddy, anything amoeba based is a winner in my eyes.
Frenchy: Men are rats, listen to me, they’re fleas on rats, worse than that, they’re amoebas on fleas on rats. I mean, they’re too low for even the dogs to bite. The only man a girl can depend on is her daddy.
Well enough about me, click on the shop names to take you to the items and be sure to share your Etsy favourites in the comments.

Love the Egyptian brooch, I agree with you: It’s Egyptian, so it’s perfect
I used to go to Egypt every year a several times with my parents when I was a child, so I have wonderful memories of sitting in pyramids, playing games in the beautiful temples and visiting all the tombs. Everything Egyptian has a big fascination to me and I wish I had more Egyptian jewelllery.
The ultramarine bangle is cool too. It reminds me a little bit of Kate Rohde, but it’s different. (Did I tell you that the belated Christmas gift from my darling arrived? It’s a Kate Rohde bangle
It’s wonderful! I am so in love with it, it’s really the most wonderful bangle I ever had).
Love, Sara xx
Im soooo very jealous – i have never been to Egypt but i cant wait to go with my daughter.
I finally got my hands on a KR bangle too – i love it xx
Ohhh cool, which colour of KR bangle do you have? Mine is purple and green, with a bit of light pink.
Hope the political situation in Egypt will be better soon, would love to go there again too. I just don’t know if it is wise at the moment. A cruise on the Nile is among the best things I ever did in my life, you and your daughter would love it too for sure.
Love, Sara xx
